Terms of Service

To use Turtle Island Casino, you must:

• Be at least 19 years of age (the legal gaming age in Ontario, Canada).
• Provide accurate identification for age verification when requested.
• Not be self-excluded from any gaming platform or subject to a court order prohibiting gaming activity.
• Access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be operated by underage individuals will be immediately suspended, and any Fun Chips or game packs forfeited.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Each individual may hold only one (1) account. Multiple accounts will be terminated.
• You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Fun Chips are our platform's virtual currency. By using Fun Chips, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Fun Chips are not real money and have no cash value.
• Fun Chips cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real currency, goods, or services.
• Fun Chips are provided for entertainment purposes only.
• We may adjust Fun Chip balances, pricing, or availability at our discretion.
• Fun Chips are non-transferable between accounts.
• Unused Fun Chips may expire after extended periods of account inactivity (365+ days).

• Game packs are non-refundable digital goods once purchased and delivered.
• All purchases are final. Fun Chips are credited to your account immediately upon successful payment.
• Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.
• We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• In the event of a billing dispute, contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in account suspension pending investigation.

When real money gaming becomes available:

• All real money gaming will operate under the regulatory oversight of the Tyendinaga Gaming Commission.
• Additional identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) checks will be required.
• Deposit and withdrawal limits, methods, and processing times will be clearly disclosed.
• Separate terms and conditions specific to real money gaming will apply.
• All games will remain provably fair with independently verifiable outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any form of artificial intelligence to play games.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for any purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with game software.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other players or staff.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person.

• All content, games, graphics, logos, and software on Turtle Island Casino are the exclusive property of Turtle Island Casino or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of our platform.
• The Turtle Island Casino name, logo, and branding are protected trademarks.
• User-generated content (e.g., chat messages, usernames) remains your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

• Turtle Island Casino is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for game packs in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Game malfunctions may void all pending plays and payouts associated with the affected session.

• Any disputes related to gameplay must be reported within 72 hours of the event.
• We will investigate and respond to disputes within 14 business days.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to the Tyendinaga Gaming Commission for independent review.
• For disputes not resolved through the above process, binding arbitration in accordance with Ontario arbitration laws shall apply.
• Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Ontario, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification to your registered email address
• Prominent notice on the platform upon your next login
• Updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Continued use of Turtle Island Casino after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
